Project Summary
Scope of work:
Receive shipments of rock armour from our barge to the beach 24/7. Discharge locations using dedicated routes to avoid fishing interests and damage to the known inshore reef Special Area of Conservation.
Construction of two rock revetments on the east and west beaches.
Transport and place 38,000t of granite armour stone using several of our own 40-70t trimble equipped excavators, dozers and Volvo dump trucks.
