Construction of two rock armour breakwaters using 90,000t of larvik rock imported from Norway (labour and plant only).
Contract included:
- Creating 2 no temporary causeways with rock & 800kg shingle bags to maximise working window
- All associated works
- This project was completed in 12 weeks
Site fleet included:
- 2 no 80t excavators
- 2 no 60t excavators
- 4 no 50t excavators
