Scope of work:
Surface water and scour protection & all associated works.
- Excavation & temporary works
- Construction of cast insitu reinforced concrete channel
- Incorporate existing pipelines into new channel
- Redirect stream flow by continuous over pumping during the works
- Replacement of bridge structures
- Concrete paving and miscellaneous hard landscaping including balustrade installation, patio lighting, retaining wall and extensions
- All works were carried out whilst the premises remained open for business. Working with limited space and restricted access
