Project Summary
Scope of work:
Removal and replacement of 65,000m² of reinforced concrete paving within the container terminal at Southampton Docks. This is a phased project running from 2013-2020.
Contract included:
- Breaking out & disposal of precast stelcon pavement
- Replacement with cast insitu concrete slabs
- Works carried out in an operational container port
- Programme of works planned to minimise disruption to container operations with close client liaison
