Project Summary
Scope of work:
Supply of labour and plant to load 0.3-1t Norwegian rock from Tilbury docks and transport on 35m barge with tug loaded with 300t of rock up the Thames. The works were required to reinforce failed clay/concrete bund revetment at Lower Hope near London Gateway Docks. Rock armour was transhipped and placed as required to repair damaged structure.
